The Company is a development stage real estate investment vehicle, organized to develop from ground-up, hold, lease, and ultimately sell or refinance a multi-family property located at 535 – 541 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Newark, NJ consisting of forty-three (43) rental units with twenty-six (26) parking spaces as more fully described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Property”). As a New Jersey General Contractor, Hassan has developed a portfolio of projects spanning both residential and commercial construction. His experience includes reconstruction of damaged structures, infil new multi-family construction, infill mixed-use construction, and commercial fit outs. Hassan’s track record also includes extensive experience securing public finance and subsidy sources for redevelopment projects. Minimum Investment: $25,000 (1 Unit)
The Company is offering up to 280 units (the “Units”) of the securities of 535 MLK BLVD URE LLC (d/b/a “The BLVD” and referred herein as the “Company”) for an offering of $5,000,000 with a maximum offering of $7,000,000 (the “Offering”). Each Unit will consist of one (1) Preferred Series A Non-Voting Membership Interest (collectively, the "Preferred Series A Interests").
The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to sell fractionalized Units, and may accept investments of less than the minimum subscription of $25,000.
